PANDORA's CODE OF ETHICS

• Although the Law of the country in which PANDORA practices will take precedent over the Tarot Certification Board    of America (TCBA) standards, PANDORA will, at a minimum, strive to adhere the TCBA code of ethics.
  

• PANDORA will not engage in any illegal activities, including, but not limited to, copyright, intellectual property rights,   or patent violations.
  

• Trust & responsibility are at the heart of the Tarot profession. It may be expected that PANDORA will always act with  integrity towards her clients, her peers, and herself.
  

• PANDORA will not knowingly lay claim to a level of competence not possessed. She will at all times exercise          competence at least to the level claimed AND only within the boundaries of her competence, based on her education, training, or appropriate professional experience. PANDORA accepts work as only she believes she is competent to perform.
  

• PANDORA maintains a reasonable level of awareness of current best business practices and professional information in her fields of activity. She undertakes ongoing efforts to maintain competence in the skills she uses.
  

• Respect for the individual is a cornerstone of PANDORA’s “Code of Ethics”. In her work-related activities she commits to not engaging in unfair discrimination based on any basis whatsoever and promises to be fundamentally prudent in    the protection of the confidentiality rights of those with whom she works. She will not discuss confidential information  in any setting unless privacy can be assured.
  

• PANDORA takes precautions to ensure and maintain the confidentiality of information communicated through the use of telephone, voice mail, computers, email, instant messaging, facsimile machines, and other information technology  sources.
  

• PANDORA, when training other Tarot Readers, does her best to ensure that her training programs are well though-      out, and will provide the trainee the material that they are seeking.
  

• Fees for PANDORA’s services are clearly stated prior to rendering services. Services performed are for the highest      good of the client serving to empower and encourage clients to make independent and informed decisions for              themselves by providing options and encouragement as a result of PANDORA’s reliance and skill on definitions,          meanings, and intuitions resulting from the study of her Tarot Cards and other divining tools.
  

• PANDORA does not offer professional assistance regarding financial, psychological, legal, or medical matters.           Clients will be referred to go to professionals licensed in these practices.
  

• How you interpret, what you do with, and how you experience the information realized through the services rendered To you by PANDORA is your choice. Services are for entertainment  purposes only.
